About BUDETO
Built by a founder who has been there.
Petr Kovacik started as a developer, then built companies of his own and sold more than one of them. After that he spent over a year inside KAYA VC, watching how investors really decide. In April 2023 he put the two halves together and started BUDETO: a studio that finds the idea, funds the start and stays in the company as the co-founder nobody sees.

LegalAntonin VachaAttorney in commercial and corporate law, M&A and IP. Handles the studio's legal work, from setting up a company to the papers a round is signed on. Advised the sellers on the sale of Slevomat, one of the largest e-commerce deals in the country. Studied at Charles University in Prague.Investment & legal structuringJan Krabec, LL.M.Managing partner of spectre.law, with more than 17 years of M&A experience.
