I'm an agent

The people who built with us

Every one of them started where you are.

No idea, or an idea and nothing else. A job that was fine. Then a conversation. Six founders, in their own words where we have them, and in ours where we don't yet.

Petr Brzek

Batch #1 · Sold, December 2025

Petr Brzek

Co-founder and CEO, Macaly

Before BUDETO, Petr had already built and sold a company once. He co-founded Avocode in 2014, grew it to forty people over eight years and sold it to Ceros, where he then led product.

He came to the studio to do it again, faster. With co-founders Tomas Rychlik and Martin Duris he built Macaly, a tool that lets anyone build websites and web apps with AI. Launched in 2025, it was sold in December 2025, one of the fastest deals the Czech startup scene has seen.

Kroni Hope

Batch #1 · Building

Kroni Hope

Founder and CEO, GRAET

“With BUDETO, I went from concept to capital. They are the co-founder every startup needs.”

Kroni was an NHL skills coach with an idea and no money. He built the first version of GRAET while living in his car.

GRAET is a LinkedIn-like platform for athletes, recruiters and fans, with an AI sports agent built in. In its first seven months, seven hundred players were recruited through it, and it grew past eighty thousand monthly users without paid marketing. Forbes put Kroni on its 30 Under 30 list.

From concept to capital, in his words. BUDETO incubated the company, KAYA and Miton were the first VCs in, and Inovia and Ondrej Kania followed.

Lucie Brabcova

Batch #1 · Building

Lucie Brabcova

Co-founder and CEO, VETSTOR

Lucie spent years inside pet retail, leading expansion and digital transformation at PetCenter. She knew exactly where the industry was broken: vets recommend products, and then someone else sells them.

She came to the studio on her own, while she was finishing her maternity leave. No team, no company. BUDETO introduced her to Nikola Safranek, who became her co-founder.

The VETSTOR idea started in the studio, and we developed it with her into the mission the company runs on today. The person came from the industry, which is the match we look for.

Matej Krcek

Batch #1 · Building

Matej Krcek

Co-founder, KREEDL

“Petr from BUDETO was our first investor, from literally day zero. KREEDL was two people and an idea, no product, no traction. Since then he has helped us shape the pivot that got us to real revenue.”

Matej started out in venture capital, looking at other people’s companies from the investor side of the table. An introduction brought him to BUDETO, with no business idea of his own.

We tested several ideas together before KREEDL turned out to be the right one. He is building it from London now, and it took the last seat of Batch #1.

Filip Till

Batch #2 · Started January 2026

Filip Till

Co-founder and CEO, StudyFi

“Working with Petr changed how I think about building a startup. He pushed me to focus on fundamentals and unit economics instead of vanity metrics, which genuinely shifted how we run StudyFi. Direct, honest feedback every time, no fluff.”

Filip and his co-founder Daniel Rys had already started StudyFi, an AI study assistant that makes learning feel less like a chore, when they met Petr at Startup Academy. The collaboration worked from the first session, and Petr decided to invest.

Together we grew StudyFi from thirty thousand to three hundred and fifty thousand users across Europe and Latin America. In January 2026 it took the first seat of Batch #2.

Jakub Malinek

Batch #2 · Started May 2026

Jakub Malinek

Co-founder and CEO, CircuitNinja

Jakub and Petr met at Napad roku 2025, where CircuitNinja placed third and took the jury’s award for growth potential.

CircuitNinja is an AI-native prototype circuit board factory in Prague. Board shops in Europe take three to four days; CircuitNinja turns a prototype around in twenty-four hours, at the same price and with no minimum order. Jakub founded it with Lukas Mican, who runs R&D, and a team out of CTU that designed and built the production line itself.

In May 2026 it took the second seat of Batch #2.

Your turn

Seat number three?

Three seats in Batch #2 are still empty. One conversation is all it takes to find out whether one of them is yours.
